Officers from the Baltimore Police Department were called shortly before 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, to the 2500 block of Boston Street, where there was a report of a midday shooting.
Upon arrival, responding officers found an employee at the T-Mobile store suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment and evaluation of the injury. His condition was not immediately available on Monday, May, 1.
The investigation into the shooting found that two unidentified Black men entered the business and announced a robbery, during which, one of them shot the employee.
Police say that the pair then demanded the property of several customers before fleeing the store on foot in an unknown direction.
No other descriptive information was provided by police.
